Kerri-Ann started her career in municipal government, overseeing competitive bidding and compliance processes. She has worked with The Clinton Foundation to oversee operations for their annual conference, focused on bolstering the economy through cross-sector partnerships. After exposure to projects focused on the quality of education for all students, she transitioned to Achievement First Public Charter Schools. She played a crucial role in their diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by successfully identifying strategies to bolster the diversity of new hires and effective strategies to ensure ongoing retention. Kerri-Ann is currently a Director at EdFuel, a national nonprofit that supports charter networks and school districts, where she partners with education leaders to improve their talent management efforts. She attended Florida Atlantic University, earning a degree in Public Management, and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the City of Miramar's Education Advisory Board.
