Biography
During Ted’s tenure at Broward County Public Schools, he has worked to improve the leadership preparation programs and enhance the way leaders are prepared throughout the system.
Ted has over 20 years of experience in education. He has served as both an elementary and middle school principal. His elementary school was an urban school with 95% of the students on free or reduced lunch. He has served on numerous district and state committees. He holds a master’s degree in elementary education from Florida Atlantic University and a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
