Whitney grew up in rural Ohio mentored by his grandfather and parents at the real estate company founded by his grandfather in 1959. He graduated from Kent State University earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2007. Through the real estate recession, Dutton moved to South Florida in 2008. Whitney is currently the third-highest grossing agent at Remax in the state of Florida. He ranks first in Fort Lauderdale for the number of homes sold. Whitney is an active stakeholder in the Greater Fort Lauderdale community, sitting on numerous nonprofit and municipal boards, and assisting with initiatives that help make Florida a better place to live, work, and play. Whitney and his wife Paige have two daughters, Emery and Alexandra, two dogs, Coco and Minnie, a cat name Bagel and The Dutton Family Bee Hive. He loves fostering animals, family time outdoors, boating, biking, and playing golf.
