Leadership Florida Connect

Our mission is to educate, engage and inspire our state’s top young leaders.

Leadership Florida Connect is comprised of five sessions over a ten month period in different locations throughout our State. Each programming session focuses on key issues and opportunities that are specific to Florida while intertwining leadership skills and development. Connect selects a class of diverse leaders to participate in programming and experiences with the goal of becoming educated, engaged, and inspired to make Florida a better place while forming lifetime connections and bonds among classmates.

  • Class Size: 35 – 45 professionals between the ages of 25 and 39 are selected from across the State.
  • Cost per participant: $3,250 tuition (exclusive of travel and hotel costs). Meals and programming are included in tuition amount. Scholarships and partial scholarships may be available based on need.
  • Attendance: Participants are required to attend 80% of each session and miss no more than 4 half days. The beginning session is 100% mandatory.

“Leadership Florida Connect is blazing a trail for the future of Florida. Connect will give the next generation of leaders the tools they need to act now to facilitate change for years to come and make Florida a better place.” - Jon Levinson, Past Chairman, Leadership Florida
