Biography
Albie currently serves as director of government affairs for Charter Communications (Spectrum) where he is primarily responsible for managing the company’s legislative portfolio at the Florida State Capitol. Before joining Spectrum, Albie served within the Florida Legislature as a legislative aide for five years to Representatives Jim Boyd and Jay Trumbull. Recently, Albie was recognized in Influence Magazine as a Rising Star in Florida Politics.
Albie lives in St. Petersburg with his wife, Angela. Within the local community he is active in the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, serving as vice chair of the Public Policy Committee and a board member for the Boys & Girls Club of the Suncoast.
Albie is a die-hard Florida Gator and bleeds orange & blue. His education consists of two degrees from the University of Florida: a bachelor’s in finance (2013) and MBA (2016). Upon graduation, he was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame.
