Biography
Alessandro is a dedicated public policy professional with extensive experience in legislative affairs at both the state and county levels. He currently serves as the Director of Legislative Affairs at Palm Beach County, where he is responsible for representing and advocating for the county at the local, state, and federal level.

He has previously worked as a Legislative Aide to members of the Florida Legislature and the Miami Dade County Commission, including State Representative Nicholas Duran, County Commissioner Sally Heyman, and State Representative Vicki Lopez. In these roles, he has contributed to the development of impactful legislation and constituent services aimed at improving lives across Florida.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and Master’s in Applied Economics from Cornell University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Florida State University, where he specialized in evidence-based policymaking. His policy work reflects a strong commitment to bipartisan solutions and focuses on critical areas such as affordable housing, condominium reform, property taxes, property insurance, environmental sustainability, healthcare, transportation, and consumer protection.

Alessandro was selected for the prestigious MOSAIC Taiwan Fellowship and is an alum of Leadership Miami (Class 46). He currently serves on the Public Policy Committee of United Way Miami, helping guide advocacy on key community needs.

Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Alessandro is based in Miami, where he remains deeply engaged in advancing meaningful policy solutions to benefit people, communities, and the environment across Florida and beyond.
