Alicia is a sales, marketing and business development professional with more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry. She has a proven track record in building exceptional relationships among community leaders, clients, and stakeholders in creating organizational growth, and facilitating community and employee engagement.
In her current role, she develops and supports market strategies and community investments to enhance client experience and increase revenues. She is also an active board member of several nonprofit and civic organizations, such as 904WARD and Arc Jacksonville. She has served as the development council chair for the Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville for the past seven years.
She has received numerous awards and recognition for her leadership and service, such as the Jacksonville Business Journal Women of Influence Award and the Jim and Jeanne Wilson Community Impact Award.
