Biography
Brent Whitfield is the Director of Water Resources for Chen Moore and Associates. Mr. Whitfield has worked for a variety of public sector clients at the City, County and State level. A highlight of his experience to date was the hydraulic design of the 4,500-acre Expansion Area 1 for Stormwater Treatment Area 1W, which will help meet the water quality goals of Everglades restoration. His current responsibilities with Chen Moore include business development, project management and detailed design.
As a life-long resident of Palm Beach County, Mr. Whitfield has maintained a commitment to serving the community both professionally and personally. He is a Past-President of the PB Branch of ASCE, an alumnus of Leadership PBC, alumnus of Leadership Florida, and a past board member for the Community Redevelopment Agency of Lake Worth Beach. Mr. Whitfield has a bachelor's and master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida.
