Biography
In his 17-year career as an educator, Chad has served as an assistant principal, principal, and area superintendent. This experience has given him unique insights into what motivates students and teachers in each context, and he has leveraged that knowledge to build highly committed teams capable of sustainable, collaborative leadership. He strives to create and support a safe, caring learning environment in which all children and adults feel welcomed, respected, and important to the school community.
Chad has a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Coastal Carolina University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Nova Southeastern University. He is currently pursuing his doctoral degree from the American College of Education.
Chad enjoys working out, playing the guitar, and traveling. His wife is a literacy coach, and he has two extremely active middle school children.
