Biography
Christie L. Sullivan, Esq. is a Tampa Bay native. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School. Christie is admitted to practice law by The Florida Bar, The Minnesota Bar, The District of Columbia Bar, The United States District Court of the Middle District of Florida, and The United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
Christie is an attorney with McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A. McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A. has served the Tampa Bay Area for nearly 80 years, providing services in the areas of business, litigation, personal injury, real estate, probate administration, estate planning, employment, and criminal law. Christie practices primarily in the areas of business and litigation and has practiced law for nearly 10 years. Prior to practicing law with McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A., Christie gained valuable legal experience working in the in-house legal department of a Fortune 100 company in Minnesota, as well as the United States Attorney’s Office in Tampa. As an experienced business and litigation attorney, Christie protects businesses from liability and provides counsel to businesses throughout all stages of evolution and growth, including entity formation, restructuring, succession planning, mergers, and acquisitions.
Christie is a graduate and the Secretary of Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2024 and a graduate of Leadership Pinellas Class of 2019. Christie greatly prioritizes community involvement and creating positive impact in Tampa Bay. She has served on several non-profit Boards of Directors, and held leadership positions, both locally and nationally, including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay, Inc., Tampa Bay Seminole Club, FBI Tampa Citizen’s Academy Alumni Association, KNOW Cares, and Clearwater Jazz Holiday Foundation.
