Biography
Christina Volpicelli is a clinician, healthcare leader, educator, and strategist with over 15 years of experience leading initiatives that develop talent, strengthen programs, and drive measurable outcomes across healthcare, education, and leadership. Christina currently serves as the Senior Manager, Leadership Programs at the National Center for Healthcare Leadership, where she leads strategic oversight of national initiatives including the Leadership Excellence Networks (LENS) and the National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF), driving innovation, collaboration, and measurable outcomes in healthcare leadership development.
Christina began her nursing career on a cardiothoracic step-down unit and advanced into roles in nursing education, shared governance, and system-wide leadership development. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Education, a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management, and two national board certifications in nursing leadership and project management. She has also presented on a range of healthcare topics at the local, regional, and national levels.
Her leadership philosophy centers on helping others reach their fullest potential by honoring their unique experiences and embracing differences—fostering an environment for positive social change where everyone feels seen, capable, and inspired to lead. Christina is a Korn Ferry-trained Leadership Success Profile coach and serves as President of the 2025 Leadership Florida Connect 14 class, where she champions cross-sector collaboration and statewide engagement among her peers.
Originally from New England, Christina now lives in Naples, Florida, where she is raising her daughter and twin boys.
