Biography
Courtney De Pol is the Chief Revenue Officer for CIP Solutions, where she leads business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives focused on water, wastewater, environmental infrastructure, and emerging treatment technologies. She brings more than 17 years of experience spanning the private sector, federal government, and local government leadership.

Prior to joining CIP Solutions, Courtney served as Deputy County Administrator for Manatee County, Florida, where she oversaw multiple county departments, strategic initiatives, public safety operations, development services, government relations, and infrastructure programs. She previously served as Director of Development Services and has held engineering and project management roles in both the public and private sectors.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Engineering Management from Penn State University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Florida and Texas.

An active community and statewide leader, Courtney serves as Chair of the Leadership Florida Calusa Region and is a graduate of Leadership Florida Connect Class 14. She has also served on numerous nonprofit, economic development, and business leadership boards throughout the region.

Her professional accomplishments have been recognized through several honors, including being named a Business Observer Top 40 Under 40, the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance Next Gen Young Leaders Award recipient, and the Manatee Young Professional of the Year in the Government/Nonprofit category.

Courtney and her husband, Robb, an American Airlines Captain and former U.S. Navy F/A-18 pilot, live in Manatee County with their two daughters.
