Darla is the CEO & founder of Darla Bonk Consulting, a management consulting firm specializing in leading CEOs, boards and C-suite executives to realize people over profits and progress over perfection. She has worked with startups to established companies from manufacturing to fintech.
She is the host of “On Your Way,” a podcast designed to help business leaders overcome obstacles. She currently serves the City of Fort Myers as a council member representing Ward 6.
Darla received her B.A. from Lee University in communication and is a certified DISC trainer. Most recently she was named one of the "40 over 40 Women to KNOW in Business" in America.
Darla and her husband, Jeff, live in Fort Myers, where he operates their family business, Architectural Metal Flashings. They have four adult children.
