Biography
Dianne is a Miami native who celebrated her 16th anniversary in higher education this year. In her current role, she enjoys helping students and employees grow. Her professional experience includes roles in advancement, student services and operations within the Florida College System and State University System.

Dianne is a leader in the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC), National Association of Student Personnel Administrators and American Association of Hispanics in Higher Education. She joined the AFC Board of Directors in 2021 and was recognized with a Distinguished Service Award for her contributions as Student Development Commission Chair, Region V Director and AFC Foundation Silent Auction Committee Member.

Dianne received her BBA in management, M.S. in higher education, and training and instructional design certificate from FIU. This proud mom of two children also holds an executive women in leadership certificate from Cornell University and an Ed.D. in organizational leadership from Barry University.
