A proud graduate of the legacy class of Boynton Beach Community High, he set his sights on excellence at The Bethune-Cookman University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Education. His journey didn’t stop there—he further advanced his expertise at Nova Southeastern University, earning a Master of Science in Education, and later achieved his Doctorate of Education at Lynn University.
Today, Dr. Murphy is a Specialist for Single School Culture Initiatives within the Department of Safe Schools, where his passion for education shines through. With over 15 years of rich experience in the Palm Beach County School District, he has worn many hats—serving as a secondary social science educator, MTSS/behavior coach, and behavioral health resource teacher—all of which have shaped him into the incredible leader he is today.
