Biography
Jania Fuller, LCSW is a strategic education and community impact leader dedicated to strengthening outcomes for children, families, and communities through cross-sector collaboration. She currently serves as the Program Manager for Community Schools at Heart of Florida United Way, where she leads efforts to build partnerships and align resources that support student success, family well-being, and community resilience.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Jania brings expertise in educational leadership, mental health, trauma-informed practices, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives focused on creating systems that remove barriers to success, strengthen school-community partnerships, and advance equitable opportunities for children and families.

Jania is recognized for her ability to convene diverse stakeholders, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and translate vision into action. She has served in leadership roles across K-12 education, nonprofit organizations, and community initiatives, and is a sought-after speaker and facilitator on topics including mindful leadership, wellness, community partnerships, and creating inclusive spaces.

A proud Sanford, Florida native, Jania serves on several community boards and is deeply committed to developing leaders and building stronger, more connected communities. She is also the founder of Jania Fuller Consulting, LLC, where she provides organizational consulting, leadership development, and strategic planning services.

Above all, Jania believes that transformative change happens when communities intentionally invest in relationships, lead with purpose, and work collectively to ensure every child and family has the opportunity to thrive.
