Biography
Jarinete is a results-driven director with more than a decade of experience in employee engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion. She currently serves as the group lead for DEI overseeing HCA Healthcare's Atlantic Group and providing direct service for the East Florida Division. In her role, she collaborates with leaders to ensure culturally competent care for patients, an inclusive environment for colleagues, and holistic programming that incorporates the community.
Before joining HCA, Jarinete worked in government consulting with the Partnership for Public Service and She Should Run. She has led management and facilitation for a series of programs to improve the leadership capabilities of the federal workforce, specifically among women, the technology community and those focused on racial justice.
Jarinete holds a B.S. in political science from Brigham Young University-Idaho and received her MPA from George Mason University. Outside of work, Jarinete enjoys international travel, SCUBA diving, hiking, and live music.
