Biography
I am a senior leader in agricultural advocacy and community engagement with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships, advancing public education, and strengthening relationships between industry, institutions, and the communities they serve.
As Director of the Palm Beach County office for the Florida Sugar Cane League, I lead regional outreach and engagement initiatives across South Florida’s farming communities. Since joining the organization in 2018, I have overseen public education efforts, guided tours, and stakeholder engagement strategies designed to increase awareness of Florida agriculture, elevate industry understanding, and foster long-term trust with diverse audiences.
My professional background includes business ownership and leadership within local mission-driven organizations, where I am recognized for collaborative leadership, strategic communication, and the ability to align people around shared goals. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and a master’s degree in Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
In addition to my professional role, I serve in senior governance and advisory capacities, including President of the St. Mary’s Medical Center Foundation and Vice President of the Palm Beach County Farm Bureau. I also serve on the boards of Delray Medical Center, Florida Ag in the Classroom, Leadership Palm Beach County, the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, and the South Florida Fair.
A graduate of Leadership Florida’s Cornerstone Class 40 and multiple regional leadership programs, I am committed to advancing agriculture, education, and community growth through thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and strategic impact.
