Biography
Ms. Dillard knew she wanted to practice law since she was twelve years old. Although her mother was a teenage mother who did not attend college, she instilled into Kalinthia the importance of education. After graduating from Clemson University and FSU Law School, she moved to Palm Beach County to clerk at the 4th DCA. Thereafter, she practiced civil litigation for private law firms and eventually joined the public sector. She is currently General Counsel/Deputy Inspector General to the Palm Beach County Office of Inspector General.
Ms. Dillard balances her time between her profession, raising her daughter, and various professional and civic organizations. She is currently President of the YWCA of Palm Beach County; the immediate Past President of the West Palm Beach Chapter of The Links, Inc.; and Past President of the F. Malcolm Cunningham Bar. She is a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County's Class of 2016 and 2018 Law Related Education Association's Attorney of the Year.
