Biography
Kinard, a Tampa Bay native raised in Clearwater, honed his work ethic and leadership skills as a football and track athlete while earning a degree in industrial/organizational psychology at John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. He also actively participated in student organizations and boards.
Upon graduation, Kinard returned to Florida and embarked on a successful corporate career. He gained valuable insights working for the Home Shopping Network and Citi. In 2015, he took a leap and founded Kinard Consulting, a management consulting firm.
In 2017, he began Kinard Pictures, offering video services to small businesses. Through client interactions, he recognized the need for a comprehensive marketing solution. This realization sparked the creation of Empowering Creative in 2020, combining his consulting and video expertise into a one-stop shop for businesses.
Kinard currently resides in Clearwater with his wife, Maisha.
