Biography
Kristen is responsible for leading executive communications, internal communications and creative services for GuideWell and Florida Blue, developing the company’s thought leadership strategy to amplify its reputation.
Kristen previously served as director of communications for Feeding Northeast Florida, strategic account executive with Dalton Agency and public communications officer for the City of Jacksonville. She also spent a decade in television news as an anchor and reporter for stations across the East Coast.
Kristen holds a B.S. in broadcast journalism from Ohio University and is a graduate of GuideWell’s Leadership Academy.
A proud wife and mother, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family doing all that Florida has to offer, from zoo trips to Sunday morning church service.
