Biography
Bringing over a decade of nonprofit leadership and donor experience, Lee is passionate about advancing the North Florida Land Trust mission. She previously served as the director of the Bennie Furlong Senior Center with the City of Jacksonville and later as director of development at UNF.

Lee graduated from UNF with an Ed.D. in educational leadership. In 2022, she received the UNF Thomas A. Mulkeen Dissertation Award, which recognizes the dissertation that best exemplifies practice-centered inquiry. She holds an M.S. in public administration from UNF and earned her B.S. in recreation and leisure services administration from FSU.

Lee is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and holds CFRE accreditation. She recently received the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2024 Women of Influence Award. She is a third-generation Jacksonville native who is invested in creating a lasting impact in the community.
