Leighton Brown is the founder and president of LCN Group, a respected general contracting firm based in Miami, FL. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, he has successfully led large-scale residential and commercial projects, ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery. His expertise includes project management, business development, budgeting, contract negotiation, and risk management.
Having lived in Florida for over 30 years, he is deeply committed to the community. He serves as a board member for HistoryMiami Museum, where he contributes to preserving the cultural heritage of the city. Additionally, he is passionate about addressing the affordable housing crisis and helping families transition from renters to homeowners. I volunteer with the Urban Construction Craft Academy, mentoring individuals entering the construction industry, and work with the Community Neighbors and Neighbors Association to advocate for local businesses and residents.
Leighton holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He believes in using his experience, education, and leadership to foster collaboration and create lasting positive change in both business and the community.
