Biography
Lindsay is a 25-year hospitality veteran and Area Director for Tavistock Restaurant Collection, where she oversees a portfolio that includes Michelin-starred and Michelin Guide–recommended restaurants such as Atlas and The Garden Room in Atlanta, as well as Timpano Hyde Park (Tampa), Nami (Orlando), Timpano Las Olas (Fort Lauderdale), and Abe & Louie’s (Boca Raton).
She has spearheaded multiple high-volume restaurant openings and directed food service for premier events including The Kentucky Derby, Formula 1, NASCAR, WWE, NHL, and NBA games. A passionate mentor, Lindsay is committed to developing future hospitality leaders and fostering guest-first cultures.
Originally from Indiana, she holds a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University. Now based in Tampa with her husband, Chris, and their three miniature dachshunds, she enjoys kayaking, traveling, photography, and volunteering in her community.
