Lisa was raised in St. Lucie County and after graduating from UCF, moved to Charlotte where she embarked on a career in mission-driven work with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the American Red Cross. She earned her MBA from UNC Charlotte. She moved back to Florida in 1996 and joined the team at Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida, becoming CEO in 2016.

A graduate and 24-year active alumna of Leadership Palm Beach County, Lisa served as Board Chair in 2018-2019 and led the organization’s strategic planning in 2023. She was recognized with the LPBC's Leadership Excellence Award in 2024. She is proud of her continuing education in diversity, equity, and inclusion, earning certificates for both DEI in the Workplace and Inclusive Leadership.

Lisa’s community involvement includes serving as a South Florida Fair director and founding member and Tri-President of Impact the Palm Beaches, a women’s philanthropy group that has provided almost $2 million in grants to ignite transformational change.

Lisa and her husband are proud parents of two sons and have embarked on a quest to see a game in every major league baseball stadium.
