Biography
Matt is the founder and chief clinical officer of Harmony Healthcare Orlando, a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing LGBTQ+ focused primary and specialty care to all patients, regardless of ability to pay. In addition, he is an adjunct professor of nursing at Valencia College in Orlando. He also serves as clinical faculty at numerous universities.
Matt’s work in the healthcare space, particularly in underserved and vulnerable populations, has been recognized nationally. Most recently, he was asked to serve on the White House COVID-19 Health Equity Task Force in an effort to vaccinate migrant workers and underserved Latino populations. He is often asked by pharmaceutical companies to consult due to his expertise in treating underserved populations to educate other healthcare providers across the entire country.
Matt earned his MSN with a focus in adult gerontology health at Kaplan University in Chicago.
