Biography
Ralph Aiello serves as Partnership Manager for Work-Based Learning at Xello, the Florida Department of Education’s college and career development partner. He leads statewide efforts to connect education systems with business and community partners, expanding real-world learning opportunities and strengthening talent development across regions.
Previously, Ralph was Associate VP at Broward College, where he directed a $30 million federal grant to build cradle-to-career pathways aligned with regional workforce needs. He led cross-sector collaboration with schools, employers, and community organizations to support economic mobility and long-term student success.
Before that, he served as Director of School Counseling and BRACE Advisement for Broward County Public Schools, overseeing academic advisement, college and career readiness, resiliency skills, home education, postsecondary planning, and more. Ralph has been recognized nationally for innovative approaches that lead to measurable student outcomes and has mentored leaders across the country through the National College Attainment Network (NCAN). He is an inductee into the Broward Education Foundation Hall of Fame.
In addition to his leadership roles, Ralph provides private educational guidance to families and institutions through his independent practice. He is a proud husband and father of a five-year-old son.
