In his current role, Sam spearheads efforts aimed at securing the approval and development of Amazon’s fulfillment network. With more than 10 years of economic development experience, Sam has worked at both the local and county level including the Miami-Dade Beacon Council and City of North Miami.
Sam is a certified economic developer with numerous accolades for his work in the field. He sits on multiple nonprofit and economic development agency boards.
Sam has a B.A. in political science from Indiana University, an MBA from Johnston & Wales University and an M.S. in international real estate from FIU. He lives in St. Petersburg with his wife and twin daughters.
