Biography
In her counsel to corporate and healthcare companies, Sam serves as an advisor to clients establishing new businesses, executing mergers and acquisitions and navigating business disputes and break-ups. She has also served as a risk manager and general counsel for a multi-location hospital system.
Sam graduated from Baldwin-Wallace University and the University of Akron School of Law (Ohio). She moved to Florida in 2014 and has no plans on leaving.
Sam is the founder and owner of Cooper’s Creek, a horseback riding facility. She firmly believes the best life decisions are made in the barn. Her equestrian adventures also led her to volunteer at a local horse ranch where she mentors at-risk youth and teens and teaches them to ride horses. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball, gardening, traveling and spending time on her farm with all of her animals (dogs, horses, goats, chickens and ducks).
