Biography
Seth serves as General Counsel for Hillpointe, a real estate development and investment firm, where he oversees all legal operations, including corporate matters, compliance issues, and fund management. Previously, Seth was a Senior Real Estate Attorney at Publix Super Markets, where he managed a wide range of the company’s commercial real estate transactions. In 2022, the Tampa Bay Business Journal named Seth as a Top Corporate Counsel Rising Star, an award recognizing in-house counsel who have played a key role in their organization’s success.
As part of his local community involvement, Seth serves as a member for the Committee of One Hundred of Orange County, an organization that supports families of first responders who have been killed in the line of duty. Seth also received the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award for contributing over 100 hours of pro bono work. Seth received his B.A. from the University of West Florida, and his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law. In his spare time, Seth enjoys playing golf and spending time with his nephews!
