Biography
Sheila was selected to serve on JEA's eight-member leadership team as chief customer officer in February 2021. A 20-year veteran of the utility industry, Sheila has oversight of the creation, management, and execution of the utility's customer experience strategy.

Sheila is heavily engaged in community and civic endeavors. She has served as a JAX Chamber trustee and serves on the board of directors for several nonprofit agencies. She is a 2019 Leadership Jacksonville graduate and is a member of their Board of Directors. She is passionate about equity and affordability, serving as a contributor and thought leader in groups comprised of a diverse representation of utilities, regulators, federal and state government, consumer advocates, academics, and environmentalists. She also serves on the National Energy & Utility Affordability Coalition board of directors, a nationwide organization that advocates for the energy needs of low-income households. She is a former board member of Community Heath Charities and a past mentor with Take Stock in Children.

Sheila earned her BBA from the University of Phoenix and a degree in fine/studio arts from FSU.
