Toussaint is a commercial real estate professional with more than ten years of experience completing complex commercial real estate transactions, including multifamily and retail real estate acquisitions and dispositions, ground-up development, debt placement, non-performing loan workouts, private valuations, appraisal review and consulting services.
Toussaint has CRE experience across several asset types including multi-family, retail, office, industrial and hotels. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia but migrated to South Florida from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Toussaint’s hobbies include community service projects, reading, boating, grilling, college football, boxing and folkstyle wrestling.
