Tracy, a business strategy consultant and organizational psychologist, has been leading her boutique consulting firm for more than five years.
In addition, Tracy is the acclaimed author of "Discovering Your Inner C.E.O.," a guided journal that empowers women to explore and embrace their authentic selves. Her recognition as a 40-under-40 honoree underscores her exceptional contributions to her field and community. Tracy is a graduate of the Leadership Collier Foundation program and is the current chair of the LCF Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee. She serves on the American Heart Association's SWFL Chairman's Board of Directors and is an advocate for heart health in a post-covid world.
Beyond her corporate success, Tracy is passionately committed to wildlife animal conservation, and she cherishes traveling and outdoor activities. Tracy embodies a blend of global vision and personal growth.
