With over 20 years of experience, she currently leads Talent Management & Employee Experience at Baptist Health, setting high standards in culture, employee engagement, and succession management. Her diverse career spans aviation, logistics, retail, luxury, hospitality cruise, and healthcare, enriched by international experiences that broadens her approach to challenges.
Recognized for her contributions, Zoe was honored with the Excellence in HR Award (2020) and inducted into the Ring of Honor by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (2021). She holds a BA in Psychology (University of Miami) and an MS in Human Resource Management (FIU). Certified in Change Management, and Executive Coaching, she is fluent in English and Spanish and lives in North Miami with her family.
