This is a first-come, first-serve event, so register soon! Space is limited to the first 60 members.
YOU are invited to join fellow Leadership Florida Lifetime Members and families for a relaxing and memorable weekend at The Breakers. Connect with friends, make new memories, and enjoy the signature "but for Leadership Florida" experience in one of Florida's most iconic destinations.
With plenty of time for meaningful conversations, fun social activities, and simply enjoying the company of the Leadership Florida family, this weekend is designed to celebrate the relationships that make this organization so special.
- Registration is complimentary.
- Your hotel room ($695/night) must be booked within 3 days of completing registration to hold your place.
- Your registration for the weekend will NOT be confirmed until your hotel room is booked.
- The event will stay open until June 30, 2026, or sooner if the room block fills.
Significant others and children are encouraged to participate!
Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to reserve your spot early.

This event is exclusively for active, dues-paying Leadership Florida Lifetime Members. Your registration includes participation for your spouse or partner and family. Registration is limited.
How do I register for the hotel at a special rate?
You will be able to book a reservation through our online booking system. A link will be provided upon completing registration. Leadership Florida has negotiated a room rate starting at $695 plus tax per night for this retreat. To reserve at a discounted rate within the Leadership Florida hotel block, reservations must be made within 3 days of your registration to secure your spot. As a reminder, room and rates are based on availability. Pricing, hotel availability and room type are not guaranteed. You are encouraged to book as soon as possible.

Can I book more than one room?
At this time, each registered member is limited to one room reservation. After the June 30, 2026 deadline, if rooms remain available, members may request an additional room.
If you are interested in reserving a second room, please email Kelly Jones at kjones@leadershipflorida.org. Following the June 30 deadline, we will review availability and let you know whether additional rooms can be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy:
The deadline to cancel your registration or hotel reservation is October 1, 2026. After October 1, 2026, Leadership Florida becomes financially responsible to the hotel for reserved rooms. If you cancel after this date and Leadership Florida is unable to resell your room, you will be invoiced for the cost of the room.

Who can I bring as a guest?
Registration and attendance is limited to Members, their significant other, and children. While other guests are occasionally invited to designated Leadership Florida events, the Staycation at The Breakers is not available to business partners, potential recruits, or past Leadership Florida members who are not current on membership dues.
What is included in my registration fee?
There is no registration fee for this special event. An Opening Reception will be held to welcome Members to the area!
Your registration for the Staycation Weekend and Reception will not be confirmed until your hotel room is booked.
What is not included in my registration fee?
The Breakers hotel room fee. Leadership Florida has negotiated a room rate of $695 per night for this retreat.
What should I wear?
Pack your shorts, sundresses, and polo shirts; the dress code is 'resort casual.' We want you to be comfortable and make the most of your time at The Breakers.
