Aaron is a healthcare actuary who partners with employers to develop health insurance and employee benefits strategies that support their business goals. Known for building trusted relationships, he combines analytical expertise with a relationship-driven approach to help leaders navigate complex decisions with confidence.
A graduate of Florida State University, Aaron is a recognized speaker on employee benefits strategy and serves on the Leadership Broward Board of Directors following his graduation from Class 44. He is passionate about developing future leaders through mentorship with The Posse Foundation and coaching youth basketball through the YMCA.
A Miami native, Broward County resident, and proud father of four, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, investing in the next generation, and building meaningful relationships that strengthen Florida's communities.
