Biography
Bruna Monzillo is a licensed architect and Healthcare Market Sector Leader for The Beck Group in South Florida. As Associate Principal, she provides strategic leadership to guide the architecture studio, supporting projects that strengthen our community.
Passionate about advancing women in the profession, Bruna is a Founding Board Member of the Women in Healthcare Florida Chapter and created its statewide Mentorship Program, connecting female leaders across the healthcare industry. She also leads and participates in events that promote women's leadership, visibility, and growth.
Bruna holds an MBA in Healthcare and Hospital Management from Insper and a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. She's also certified as a LEED AP BD+C, EDAC, and DGNB Consultant, which supports her commitment to sustainability and evidence-based design. She was recently recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree (2025).
Originally from Brazil, Bruna relocated to South Florida in 2017 with her husband and two dogs. They enjoy exploring the region by kayaking on weekends and golf carting to work.
