She holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, providing her with a strong foundation in educational theory, practice, and leadership, which continues to shape her ongoing work.
At the core of her leadership philosophy is a deep dedication to putting students first, emphasizing empathy, respect, and high expectations. She passionately champions an educational environment where every student feels valued and empowered to achieve their full potential. By fostering collaboration, she uplifts teachers and staff, creating a team-oriented atmosphere focused on shared goals.
Donyale and her husband Romando, who works as an Assistant Grocery Manager at Publix, are the proud parents of two remarkable young men, Romando Jr. and Aarmando, both of whom are passionate about philanthropy in the Dade County Metropolitan area.
