Biography
Frank is a shareholder in Gunster’s business litigation practice group. As a trial attorney, he represents clients in the courtroom and through every stage of a case. Frank also represents clients as soon as risk arises, advocating for their interests presuit to negotiate favorable solutions.
Frank views the practice of law as a service profession and believes in serving his community. To that end, he serves as a board member for Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies of Broward County, as a board member for Hearts for Moms in Palm Beach County, and as a lector at his local parish.
Originally from New Jersey, Frank moved to Florida after being recruited to play baseball for Stetson University, where he met his wife, Tessa. After transferring to Tulane University, he finished his collegiate baseball career and earned a B.A. degree in Political Science. Frank and Tessa moved back to Florida when Frank began law school at the University of Miami, where he earned his J.D. Today, Frank lives in Hollywood with Tessa and their three daughters.
