Biography

Gretchen Cassini has 20+ years of experience in public policy, grants, research, academia, training, organizational development, strategic planning, educational campaigns, legislation, advocacy, program management, and executive-level public administration. She is currently supporting the effective operationalization of a 30-year, $16.5B transportation initiative voters passed in 2018. She works collaboratively with a team to provide resources to the Oversight Board, while informing and engaging stakeholders and the public: assuring the program remains transparent and accountable. Prior to that, Gretchen was an Assistant County Administrator liaising with a variety of agencies. She worked on the 2016 and 2018 transportation surtax educational campaigns. After receiving her BA and JD degrees from Florida State, she began her career in the Florida Legislature.

Gretchen enjoys traveling, rescuing animals, nature, learning, and watching English Premier League football with her husband.
