Biography
Kathelyn has handled litigation matters since 1997. She has practiced in the area of construction litigation since 2004 and represented public school districts in construction litigation, bid protests, contract matters, and breach of contract claims since 2006. She is a member of the Florida School Board Attorneys Association (FSBAA) and the Florida Bar’s Business Law Section, Government Law Section, and Real Property and Probate Law Section. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1997 and is authorized to practice in all courts of the State of Florida, the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals Eleventh Circuit Bar.
