Biography
Kate leads government affairs and community engagement strategies that support organizational growth, expansion, and community integration. With nearly 30 years of experience in government relations, strategic partnerships, business development, and stakeholder engagement, she has built strong relationships with municipal governments, elected officials, business leaders, and community organizations throughout Broward County.
In her role, Kate works closely with local governments, economic development organizations, chambers of commerce, and community leaders to cultivate partnerships that advance Baptist Health’s mission and strengthen its presence throughout the region. Her collaborative approach has helped align organizational priorities with community needs while supporting expanded access to healthcare services.
Kate is a graduate of Leadership Broward Class XXXI and currently serves on the boards of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Broward, and the Broward Days Foundation.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Eastern Illinois University and has been recognized by numerous organizations for her leadership, community impact, and commitment to Broward County. Kate lives in Oakland Park with her Daughter and Dog, Charlie.
