Biography
Loli works at the sixth-largest school district in the nation. She immigrated to the United States during elementary school and learned English as an ESOL student, an experience that profoundly shaped her commitment to educational equity, opportunity, and economic mobility.
With more than two decades of experience in public education, Loli has dedicated her career to expanding access to postsecondary readiness pathways and ensuring that all students have the opportunity to thrive. Alongside her dedicated team, Broward County Public Schools earned the distinction of ranking #1 in Florida for industry certifications while achieving historic gains in student acceleration and college and career readiness. Previously served as a high school principal, assistant principal, magnet coordinator, and teacher. Loli is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Florida Atlantic University, where her research focuses on equitable access to advanced coursework and postsecondary opportunities in urban schools.
A proud South Florida resident, Loli is married to Ricardo and is the proud mother of two sons, Ricardo and Juan. Family is at the center of everything she does. Loli enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories.
