Biography
Randall helps turn career exposure into career outcomes. At the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, he leads regional efforts to build structured pipelines that connect emerging talent from high school students to recent graduates, with high-wage careers in industries like technology, climate resilience, aviation, and skilled trades.
He focuses on linking education and industry through coordinated partnerships, workforce platforms, and hands-on experiences that make career paths more visible and accessible. His university-to-industry bridge model has been adopted by regional partners and prompted outreach from institutions such as Vanderbilt University, Rochester Institute of Technology, and Georgia Tech, interested in connecting their students with employers like AutoNation, City Furniture, and OZ Digital Consulting.
Randall’s commitment to expanding access and opportunity also led him to co-found ReGenerate Tech, a nonprofit delivering computer science training and career development for high school students. The program, which received the Oracle North American Volunteer Award, includes an esports club that builds skills in digital media and leadership while deepening student engagement.
He also developed an immersive advising experience that brings school counselors directly into high-demand industries, helping students explore options with stronger employer insight. He supports regional alignment efforts with Prosperity Broward to ensure students in underserved ZIP codes have access to career-connected opportunities. His collaborations span K–12, postsecondary, and industry—reinforcing Greater Fort Lauderdale’s reputation as a place where education leads directly to career opportunity.
