Biography
Sarah is an education leader with more than 17 years of experience helping schools and school systems improve outcomes for students. A Florida native, she has dedicated her career to advancing teaching and learning through evidence-based instructional practices and leadership.
Sarah currently partners with schools and education systems nationwide to support accreditation, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness. Before, she served as National Literacy Director at Age of Learning, advising superintendents and executive leaders on literacy implementation and instructional strategy.
Sarah began her career in Broward County Public Schools, advancing from classroom teacher to district administrator. She led the implementation of Science of Reading-aligned instruction across more than 140 elementary schools, strengthening literacy outcomes through curriculum alignment, professional learning, and leadership development.
She has been recognized for translating research into practical action. She has presented at national conferences and has been featured on podcasts and in professional publications focused on improving student achievement.
Sarah earned a Master of Education in Reading from Florida Atlantic University and remains committed to strengthening communities through education. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, reading, and tending to her plants.
