Biography
Steve is an Emmy-winning storyteller and senior communications leader based in South Florida. A proud first-generation college graduate and University of Florida Gator, he earned dual degrees in Political Science and Telecommunications News.
Steve began his career as a broadcast journalist, spending more than a decade reporting across Florida and Texas. He became a trusted voice during breaking news and severe weather, helping communities stay informed with clear, reliable information when it mattered most.
He later transitioned to corporate communications at Comcast, where he leads external communications, crisis response, media relations, and strategic storytelling across one of the company’s largest markets. His work also supports network expansion, digital opportunity initiatives, and community impact efforts statewide.
Steve is active in PRSA South Florida and is passionate about mentorship, people-centric communication, and helping create opportunities for others. He lives in his hometown of Deerfield Beach and loves being by the water.
