Biography
Tim works in NextEra Energy Resources’ Regulatory Public Affairs department, managing relationships with regulatory utility commissioners, elected officials, and community stakeholders in the southeast. He has served in multiple leadership roles over the past 19 years at Florida Power & Light.
Tim is actively engaged in his community and has held leadership positions on numerous boards. Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce, Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Florida, Junior Achievement, Urban League of Broward County, Broward 2-1-1, Broward Days, AvMed Advisory Board, Business for the Arts, and Parks Foundation of Broward County. He is a member of Leadership Florida Connect Class 6, Leadership Broward Class XXXIII, Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. He was also named 2018 Ft. Lauderdale Leukemia Lymphoma Society Man of the Year.
Tim holds a B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from FSU. He is married with two children.
