Director of Program Operations

1. Job Description:

In this role as the Director of Program Operations, the incumbent will oversee operations for the Miami-Dade region, encompassing about $5-7M in annual revenue. Reporting to the Regional Executive Director, they’ll be accountable for providing leadership and oversight to CHS program operations in alignment with the company’s strategic direction, while focusing on the continuous enhancement of operational proficiency and productivity.

2. Job Requirements:

Master's Degree in Social Work or Human Services related field from an accredited university – OR – Non-Human Services related Master’s degree from an accredited university and extensive experience with children and family services and demonstrated management skills Three years’ experience in human services, field casework or counseling, required. Dependency Case Management background preferred. Two years of management/supervisory experience, including budgets and fiscal management, strongly preferred. Experience in program development and grant writing, preferred. Local candidates strongly preferred

Regional Executive Director

1. Job Description:

In this role as the Regional Executive Director, the incumbent will oversee operations for the Miami-Dade County region, encompassing about $11M in annual revenue. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations (SVP), they’ll be accountable for developing and executing tactics that move the needle on CHS’s strategic direction in business development, solutions delivery, financial independence and talent advantage – all with a focus on continuous efficiency and productivity. They will collaborate and build strong effective partnerships within the child welfare and behavioral health industries in Miami, FL in order to grow and establish a strong CHS presence within the community.

2. Job Requirements:

Master's Degree in Social Work or Human Services related field, or Non-Human Services related Master’s degree and extensive experience with children and family services and demonstrated management skills. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered, pending program or funding requirements.
