Carlos Orta is a driven, innovative, and agile executive with deep experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. His expertise lies in diversity & Inclusion, government relations, external affairs, philanthropy, and communications.
Orta has worked at four global Fortune 500 companies: Anheuser-Busch, Inc., Carnival Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and Waste Management, Inc. A former CEO of a $2.5M advocacy-based nonprofit, he doubled revenue and increased corporate membership by 90% while being CEO. He is the executive producer of an award-winning short documentary film series called Insider Game, which launched a new nonprofit organization he co-founded.
Orta began his career in the public sector serving two members of the Florida House of Representatives and as Executive Director of the Miami-Dade County Legislative Delegation.
He is a past board member and a current lifetime member of Leadership Florida.
