Biography
The Reverend Dr. Helen Delores Jackson has served Northeast Florida residents since the early 1990’s in related to health, education and economic development. She is truly a servant leader as demonstrated not only in her work-related fields but also in her numerous civic volunteer services. She is a non-violent civil rights organizer, an accomplished nutrition administrator, community leader, applied researcher, educator, radio talk show host. She is the Founding President & CEO of the Women of Color Cultural Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization that addresses issues of inequity in the areas of health, education, and economic development. She is also the pastor of Greater New Bethel African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church.
She is also the East Conference Coordinator for the Women In Ministry, Vice President of the AME Eleventh Episcopal District’s Commission on Health, President of the Jacksonville Women’s Network, and Board of Director of Leadership Jacksonville.
